KUCAS：Kuwait Conformity Assurance Scheme
TIR：Technical Inspection Report
TER：Technical Evaluation Report
 
電子霧化器屬于KUCAS Regulated Products List里面5. Group V – Others, V10c列名的產品，因此需要遵循KUCAS程序。
 
TIR流程：

1. 提供需要的資料

1. 填寫好的簽字蓋章的證書申請表
2. 商業/運輸Invoice
3. 產品包裝清單
4. 測試報告（需要ISO 17025認可的實驗室出具的報告）
5. 填寫好的簽字蓋章的Master Request Form（第一次申請）
6. 營業執照/公司注冊和稅務登記證（第一次申請）

2. 出具invoice
3. 付款后安排驗貨，一般1天即可完成驗貨
4. 根據驗貨和測試結果出具TIR

 
TIR收費（根據貨值，測試報告除外）：

FOB US $ 0 up to 62,500 = US $ 270
FOB US $ 62,501 up to 200,000 = US $ 270 + 0.4% (0.004) of FOB exceeding $ 62,500
FOB US $ 200,001 up to 300,000 = US $ 820 + 0.3% (0.003) of FOB exceeding $ 200,000
FOB US $ 300,001 up to 500,000 = US $ 1,120 + 0.25% of FOB exceeding $ 300,000
FOB US $ 500,001 up to 1,000,000 = US $ 1,620 + 0.20% of FOB exceeding $ 500,000
FOB US $ 1,000,001 and above: US $ 2,620 + 0.15% of FOB exceeding $ 1,000,000.
 
Duplicate TIR (Re-issue) Fee: $ 30
Re-inspection Fee: $ 200
Inter office inspection fee may vary.
All plus 5% VAT where applicable
 
進口商可基于有效的TIR在線申請清關證書，PAI將會出具清關證書，并批準Art Work和提供TOC編號。
 
TER流程：

3. 批準的Art Work
4. TOC編號
